Salt River Fields

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is a state-of-the-art spring training facility in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. In choosing a telecommunications solution for the facility, SRPMIC knew they needed a system that was highly flexible and scalable to support three independent organizations under one roof: the Salt River Fields administrative offices, the Arizona Diamondbacks staff and coaches, and the Colorado Rockies staff and coaches. Each of the organizations also had specific requirements.

They chose BusinessFlex Hosted iPBX from partner Saddleback Communications to support the entire complex. BusinessFlexiPBX is a hosted, fully managed voice and data solution which integrates local telephone service, IP business phones and high speed Internet, available on a per seat subscription. BusinessFlexiPBX is a full-featured solution suitable for even large enterprises, but without the overhead incurred in owning a traditional phone solution on premise.

“We’ve been impressed with the flexibility of the system,” said General Manager Dave Dunne. “IP phones that were initially installed in our construction trailer were seamlessly moved to the permanent offices and we quickly added phones in a temporary sales office to support retail ticket sales during the holiday season.”
