Prerequisites
You are an agent with the authorization level of a Supervisor or
Administrator.
Step by Step
- Click on Change Status >
Office, in the context menu of the attendant
button for the desired agent.
The Change Status pop up window appears.
- Select the Enable CallMe service radio button.
- Set the call number of the CallMe destination by one of the following
options:
INFO:
Do not enter a group or a redirected phone as the CallMe destination.
- If desired, enter an info text in the Share something with your
colleagues field.
- Click on OK.
The agent's status is automatically changed to
Logged Out.
