Step by Step

1. Click on Login in the sidebar.
2. In the Select your extension drop-down list, select the station number of the phone you intend to use as an agent and click on Login.

   INFO:

   If you are logged into another application in addition to myAgent, you can log into a queue only with the phone number with which you logged into myAgent (own extension).
