You can move a panel out of myAgent's main window and have it open in a separate window.

Prerequisites

At least one of the following panels is open in the main window of myAgent.:
  • Live Calls
  • Instant Message
  • Internal Directory
  • Attendant Buttons
  • Wallboard
  • Calls List

Step by Step

  1. Hover over the top of the panel.
    A toolbar appears.
  2. In the panel's toolbar click on Layout_Pop_Out.svg Pop Out.
    The panel’s pop up window appears.
