Adding Activities to a Workflow

Following is the procedure for adding activities to a workflow in Mitel Voice Assist:

1. Hover the mouse anywhere over the workflow and click the plus icon. The activity wheel window opens, displaying the following activities:

   1. Media ()

   2. Routing ()

   3. Developer ()

      
      
      

2. Click any of the categories to display the activities available for that category.
