6.8.9. Picking up a Call for an Agent
Prerequisites
The
Internal directory
panel is open; see
Section 8.1
Step by Step
On
Internal Directory
panel click on
and select the
Display only agents
check box.
Click on
Call Pickup
in the context menu of the agent for whom the call is signaled.
After taking the call, you can read and edit the information for the current caller and also perform the wrap-up.
