Step by Step

1. On the Instant Message pop up window select a conversation and:
   1. To delete a single message that you have sent, hover over the message and click on the button.
      The message is deleted for all participants.
   2. To delete all your messages in the conversation, click on the button and select Delete Messages.
      All your messages are deleted for all participants.

      The option Delete Messages is also available by right clicking on the conversation in the conversation list.
