Every year, the CRN Women of the Channel list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other channel-focused organizations who positively impact the IT ecosystem. The CRN 2026 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to advancing channel excellence and supporting the success of their partners and customers.
This year, Mitel is proud to have seven channel leaders on the list: Müge Aydin, Fiona Hills, Ilona Masche, Meloni Lemoine, Sara Wilde, Rhonda Trainor, and Ashley Williams. These women have accomplished so much over the past year and have a far-reaching impact on the industry. She has built a reputation for helping partners navigate the distinct challenges of each market, from product positioning to go-to-market strategy. In the past year, she has worked closely with partners as a hands-on adviser, providing the regional insight and strategic guidance needed to build channel programs that deliver long-term growth.
Over the next year, Müge’s goal is to further strengthen a resilient, partner-led channel ecosystem that balances global strategy with local market realities. She aims to continue shaping country-specific channel structures and to advance inclusive leadership, particularly through mentoring and increasing the visibility of female talent within the channel ecosystem.
Fiona Hills, Director, Global Partner Program
With more than two decades of channel experience, Fiona leads key elements of Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Her expertise spans program development, management, and partner enablement. In 2025, she played a pivotal role in building a consolidated partner program, driving toolchain integration and launching an enhanced partner relationship management (PRM) experience that streamlined how partners engage with Mitel.
With our Mitel’s consolidated Partner Program fully launched, Fiona aims to continue supporting Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) as well as education around Mitel’s tool chain, ensuring continuous improvement and a more streamlined partner experience. Another ongoing priority will be driving engagement with Mitel’s Partner Program tools and enhanced sales enablement.
Ilona Masche, Marketing Director, DACH
With 23 years in the IT industry, Ilona brings deep experience working with channel partners, VARs, distributors, system integrators, and consultants, while managing marketing campaigns end-to-end from strategic planning through to implementation. In 2025, she played a central role in Mitel's post-acquisition channel transformation, taking a hands-on approach to integrating two distinct partner ecosystems and ensuring continuity for partners navigating the change.
In 2026, Ilona aims to expand digital-first engagement, leverage data and AI-driven insights for smarter partner and customer targeting, and unlock new opportunities through integrated solutions and services. Another key focus will be empowering partners with innovative go-to-market capabilities, modern social selling and ABX approaches, and deeper customer relevance.
Meloni Lemoine, Head of Partner Marketing and Communications
Meloni leads global partner marketing and Americas partner field marketing, driving how the partner ecosystem is positioned and activated across regions. With 30 years in the communications industry, she aligns strategy, messaging, and programs that enable partners to engage customers and accelerate go-to-market impact, supporting consistent storytelling and measurable growth across the partner community.
Over the past year, Meloni has led global partner marketing and communications supporting the introduction of Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Her top priority: improving the partner experience across our global partner ecosystem and making it easier for partners to grow with Mitel. Her goals for the next year are to continue building a strong, scalable partner marketing foundation and deepen relationships with strategic partners.

She plans and executes partner-focused events to support pipeline growth and brand visibility, and manages Joint Marketing Funds, including administration, strategy, and performance optimization. Last year, she led an account-based marketing (ABM) program that expanded Mitel's enterprise pipeline for channel managers and assisted in the planning and execution of six Mitel partner events.
Looking ahead, Sara aims to continue driving high-quality enterprise leads for partners by developing and executing strategic channel marketing programs that strengthen partner enablement, optimize marketing investments, and support innovative go-to-market initiatives.
