The Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) provides a vehicle for a wide range of third-party partner companies to leverage Mitel’s open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and resources to create applications and services that integrate and interoperate with Mitel’s core business communications portfolio. The program also creates awareness of MSA partner products and services among Mitel resellers and customers.
The MSA program is founded on a mutual commitment to cooperation and a common strategic approach to developing long-term partner relationships, and where applicable, integrating partner solutions into Mitel’s portfolio. With easy-to-use, open standard interfaces, a rich suite of developer resources, and low barriers to engagement, the MSA delivers innovative solutions to Mitel customers that meet the highest levels of quality and reliability.
Developers and Service Providers gain access to the Mitel development tools, support, test resources, and marketing channels needed to deliver quality integrated solutions to the Mitel customer marketplace.
Mitel Customers gain access to development tools, documentation, and support so that they can develop complementary custom applications, integrate them into their IT networks, and use them to optimize their business processes.
Mitel Resellers and End Customers can research the App Gallery of 3rd party applications that interoperate with Mitel products that will meet their business requirements before making a purchasing decision.

An up-to-date Mitel Interop Certification is required to obtain Mitel Product Support assistance for any third-party partner product/service/solution that integrates and/or interoperates with Mitel core products.

Sales and Marketing Support. Support for marketing efforts via the Mitel Global Solutions Catalogue (GSC), other Web content, and regular reseller communications that advertise available products and services to Mitel resellers and customers.
MSA APIs & interfaces offer a broad suite of integration options into the Mitel product portfolio. This includes toolkits, interfaces, developer documentation, and test plans, designed to enable MSA members to rapidly integrate their products with Mitel communications platforms and voice-enabled technologies.
