Mike joined Mitel’s Board of Directors in 2025 and soon moved into the role of CEO.

As Chief Financial Officer at Mitel, Janine Yetter oversees all financial functions, including Tax, Treasury, Revenue Operations, Controllership & Accounting, Total Rewards, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). With a keen eye on the company's financial health, she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Mitel’s long-term strategic plan, ensuring the organization remains agile and well-positioned in a competitive industry.

Charles-Henry Duroyon is a distinguished technology and cloud executive with a strong international perspective and a passion for fostering team success through data-driven insights. As Chief Operating & People Officer, Charles-Henry leads Mitel’s global business operations, services business, procurement, compliance, and the People & Culture team. He also acts as Mitel France Managing Director.

Eric Hanson, Mitel's Chief Marketing Officer, leads global marketing strategy with 30 years of experience in enterprise go-to-market and product strategy. Former CMO of OneSpan and Fuze, Eric enhanced demand generation and brand reputation. Also a former CEO and cofounder of SPY, Eric advised startups and holds a degree from UC San Diego. Resides in Northern California.

As Chief Information Officer, Jamshid is responsible for driving Mitel’s information technology (IT) initiatives, as well as developing and executing Mitel’s own digital transformation efforts

David Petts is an experienced executive sales leader with a track record of revenue growth and operational excellence in business development organizations. As Chief Sales Officer to Mitel, he is responsible for Mitel’s global revenue strategy, execution, and operations. David also oversees Mitel’s strategic partnerships and global sales programs.

As Executive Vice President Legal and General Counsel, Greg oversees Mitel’s global legal team responsible for strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and corporate compliance, litigation, regulatory matters, intellectual property, employment-related matters, corporate policies, and general corporate and commercial contracts. Additionally, Greg serves as Director, Global Ethics & Compliance, Mitel’s Corporate Secretary, director and secretary for multiple Mitel subsidiaries, and an advisor to the Mitel Board of Directors.

As Executive Vice President, Engineering and Operations at Mitel, Alan Hurren leads Mitel’s engineering, customer support, supply chain and project management office. Hurren provides leadership, strategic direction and operational discipline in overseeing product development and product operations for Mitel’s entire solutions portfolio. Prior to joining Mitel in 2006, Hurren held various leadership positions in Nortel’s research and development department.

As Mitel’s Senior Vice President, Product Management, Martin Bitzinger is responsible for Mitel’s product portfolio and product marketing including UC platforms, applications, and devices. Martin joined Mitel through the acquisition of Aastra in 2014, where he served as Vice President, Strategic Technology Development.
