Expanding Mitel’s Hybrid Cloud Communications Integrations: 2025 Technology Partner Highlights

At Mitel, we are focused on delivering hybrid cloud communications solutions to improve the efficiency of frontline workers in targeted verticals. As we approach our target customers, particularly those operating in healthcare, financial services, hospitality, education, government, and retail vertical markets, the depth and breadth of our solutions, relationships, and integrations from our Mitel Technology Network partners make us successful. With more than 200 vertical application partners within the program – and growing – we are constantly finding new use cases to serve.


We are excited to introduce new vendor integrations and some exciting renewals, enhancing our application integration ecosystem. Here are some highlighted new partner relationships from the second half of 2024 to evaluate in 2025.


A Deepening Portfolio of Healthcare and Elderly Care Integrations


Caretronic


Caretronic is dedicated to ensuring that patients, the elderly, and healthcare professionals experience seamless support. Their mission is to alleviate the administrative burden on nursing staff, allowing them to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care and treatment. The Caretronic Nurse Call system combines advanced nurse call functionality with integrated healthcare management and nursing documentation, creating a unified solution. Caretronic Nurse Call will aim to integrate with MiVoice Business and OpenScape Business solutions, further enhancing its capabilities within the healthcare ecosystem.


Tetronik


Tetronik offers solutions for various alarm, information, and communication management tasks to automate, simplify, and secure critical and everyday communication processes in healthcare and other critical infrastructure verticals. Mitel markets Tektronik’s DAKS product as OScAR in the context of Mitel's OpenScape platforms – OpenScape Voice, 4000, and Business – and is now targeted to integrate with MiVoice Business and MiVoice MX-ONE. In the US, Impact Technologies acts as the value-added distribution partner of Tetronik and is part of Mitel’s deep, stable partner ecosystem for healthcare and beyond.


ComAlert


ComAlert develops and manufactures life safety mass notification systems for many different industries. When every second counts, there is no room for technology error. If you're looking for paging and intercom systems for skilled nursing facilities, schools, or correctional facilities yet flexible enough to be adaptive for custom applications, then explore our mass notification products today. ComAlert is focused on integrations with MiVoice Business solutions.

Prologic First’s hotel front desk software consolidates all hotel front desk functions into a single workplace to enhance the ability of your reception and guest services staff to deliver optimum service. Additional tools and easy access to data make navigation smoother and enable users to accomplish more with less effort. With Mitel’s MiVoice Business hospitality solutions Prologic First is a perfect additional piece to the solution.


Foratable by Lunchgate


Lunchgate's hospitality and restaurant management system, "Foratable," automates repetitive tasks along the entire customer journey while simultaneously personalizing your offer according to the needs of restaurant guests. This solution lets restaurant owners focus staff on great dining experiences rather than administrative and booking workflows. The Lunchgate team is targeting integrations with Mitel’s OpenScape and MiVoice Business solutions to enhance our restaurant hospitality solutions.

UniSpeech provides highly efficient, reliable, and standards-based speech recognition solutions tailored to customers' needs. Xarios focuses on integrating Mitel’s unified communications solutions, including MiVoice Business and OpenScape Business.


RF Track


RF Track imagines and manufactures ultra-low powered connected sensors and objects for your applications. Leverage RF Track when leverage with Mitel unified communications – specifically MiVoice Business, OpenScape Voice, and OpenScape 4000 – when considering your IOT strategies.


DinStar


Dinstar provides VoIP Gateways, translating TDM Telephony traffic into a Digital IP packet stream. They also provide GSM/WCDMA/LTE VoIP Gateway, Sim Bank, and Sim Cloud for SMS solutions for simple or complex applications at an optimized cost. Dinstar is joining the Mitel Technology Network, targeting integrations with MiVoice Business solutions for your specific IP Gateway solutions.


Ideatec no-code API and Integration (iPaaS)


Ideatec provides no-code iPaaS integration and workflow automation for workflow building and system integration. Customers can easily generate APIs and integrations for various systems and workflows with an intuitive drag-and-drop UI. Ideatec’s hybrid software ensures seamless adoption across all IT environments, including cloud and on-premises. No-code Integrations with MiVoice Business and OpenScape 4000 provides opportunities to enhance workflow automation needs further, driving efficiency and productivity.


Axinite


Axinite’s analytics and phone management systems bring depth of data to your unified communications operations solution. Axinite provides comprehensive tools to manage telephony activity targeting OpenScape and MiVoice Business solutions, including intelligent logs for incoming and outgoing calls, dashboards inclusive of a statistics set that can be customized on request, displayed via the graphical web interface, and an alarm module to detect security intrusions and phone hacking activity.


Contour Data Solutions


Contour Data Solutions is redefining how companies manage IT support by introducing a revolutionary self-service portal, ContourCinch. This portal allows customers to manage components within the cloud environment that matter most to them while leaving the rest up to our certified team of professionals. Contour Data Solutions includes DaaS, BackUpaaS, DBaaS, DRaaS, IaaS, and others.


Opentalk


Opentalk provides a secure video conferencing alternative for those customers who value productivity, digital sovereignty, and true data protection. It offers 100% data sovereignty with full GDPR compliance. With Mitel’s secure offerings, such as OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000, Opentalk provides a secure alternative.
