WHAT IS MITEL TECHNOLOGY NETWORK (MTN)?

 

Mitel® Technology Network (MTN) is the Mitel developer partner program that combines the earlier Mitel MSA and Unify Technology Partner programs, embracing the value of both heritage programs and ensuring we deliver even greater value to our partners and customers. MTN provides a platform for partner companies to leverage our focus on open standards and interfaces, and it delivers resources to enable a wide range of 3rd Party Partners to successfully create applications and services that integrate and interoperate with Mitel’s core business communications portfolio.

The program also helps create awareness of these products and services among Mitel resellers and customers. MTN is founded on a common strategic approach to developing long-term prospects, and perfectly integrating our partner’s solutions into our portfolio. In a combination of easy-to-use, open, and standardized interfaces, exceptional service offerings, and well-defined business processes, MTN enables us to inspire our customers with new and innovative solutions based on Mitel’s portfolio and complemented by our partner’s solutions. With strong validation scenarios, we ensure we meet our own and our customers’ highest expectations on the quality and reliability of the overall solution.

    • Validate interoperability and all integration points between the Mitel entire portfolio and the Third-Party Partner (3PP) product or service.
    • Maximize the quality and reliability of integrated and interoperable products/solutions/services, and minimize 3PP, channel, and Mitel support burden.
    • Encourage customer confidence in 3PP offerings, and guide customers toward selection of Mitel-certified solutions

  • GET CERTIFIED

    MTN members are eligible to participate in Mitel’s Interop Certification Program. Participation in the Certification Program is subject to Mitel's acceptance of the required Partner registration and the Member's acceptance of the Mitel MTN Terms and Conditions.

    Participating in the Certification Program gives you the following advantages:

    • Access to resources such as API descriptions, protocols and interfaces 
    • Access to the Support and ability to raise support tickets 
    • Ability to get published in Mitel’s Applications and Integrations Gallery
    MTN certification fees vary depending on the interface and the associated certification level / badge.

    The Mitel Apps & Integrations Gallery is a great opportunity for partners to increase their Mitel’s MTN Certified Partner Products’ visibility to Customers and Mitel Resellers through associated marketing support & collaterals for the partner.

    Please note that being a MTN member and having a certification is a prerequisite for being part of the Apps and Integrations Gallery.
