Jeroen de Witte

As Executive Vice President, Engineering and Support at Mitel, Jeroen de Witte leads the Engineering and Support organization, bringing together R&D, the Office of the CTO, Program Management, and Global Technical Support under a common vision. He is responsible for aligning technology strategy, product delivery, operational execution, architecture, support, and customer outcomes across Mitel’s global portfolio.

de Witte is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience building and leading high-performing hardware, software, systems, cloud operations, and professional services teams. His background spans product development, product portfolio management, technology innovation, strategic planning, program execution, cybersecurity, customer engagement, and operational improvement. He is known for partnering with executive and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, translating technical requirements into business outcomes, and creating an environment where teams are empowered to deliver for customers.

Since joining Mitel in January 2020, de Witte has held progressively broader R&D leadership roles. Before Mitel, he held senior executive and technology leadership roles with Motorola Solutions, Airbus DS Communications, and PlantCML, including leadership responsibilities in public safety communications and as an executive sponsor for the New York City Emergency Communications Transformation Program.

de Witte began his career as a hardware design engineer at Bell Northern Research/Nortel Networks and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
