Mitel is committed to the delivery of Frontline Worker solutions, extending our relationships to partners via the Mitel Technology Network.
Here's a closer look at six key partners and the solutions we’ve recently built to enhance Mitel’s hybrid communications UC solutions targeting our key vertical markets.
HealthCare:
Spok Care Connect
Spok Care Connect brings secure, closed-loop communication and clinical workflow automation directly into Mitel’s UC infrastructure. Through their hosted and contact center‐optimized solutions, like Spok Care Connect™, care teams gain fast, accurate responses to emergent care situations. These tight integrations with Mitel enable hospitals and large care facilities to streamline communication and raise patient safety. Initially, Spok Care Connect is now available with Mitel’s OpenScape 4000 UC solution and added to previous integrations with OpenScape Voice and OpenScape Contact Center.
Status Solutions
Status Solutions brings a situational awareness tool, mass notification, emergency alerts, and environmental monitoring into the Mitel ecosystem, ensuring that critical notifications reach staff through voice, text, and paging systems. SARA (Situation Awareness and Response Assistant) is an alarm manager that allows organizations to pull together all their siloed systems into one uniform alerting platform, creating a convenient hub to capture and respond to any triggering event. As a pioneer in life safety systems, Status Solutions fortifies Mitel’s offering in frontline-critical environments such as healthcare, education, and manufacturing. Initially, Status Solutions is available with Mitel’s MiVoice Business UC solution.
Fanvil
Fanvil’s X305/Y501 SIP Devices for healthcare are now available for use on OpenScape Business. This means users can receive real-time alerts, text, and stored audio notifications directly on Fanvil devices, with alerts triggered via softkeys on the phones. As a global A/V-IoT device leader, Fanvil extends Mitel’s hardware ecosystem with flexible, notification-capable endpoints.
Public Sector / Services:
Komutel Komand
Komutel's Komand and SIT softphone app integrates natively with Mitel’s hybrid communications platforms like MiVoice Business. The intuitive interface and rich feature set, designed for dispatchers, contact center agents, and branch operators, enables professional call handling, efficient queue management, and enhanced operational workflows. Positioned for public safety and enterprise environments, Komand extends Mitel’s capabilities with configurable, next-generation softphone tech.
F24 Alarm Media Gateway
F24’s AlarmMedia Gateway integrates emergency alarm and conference management into Mitel’s communications stack. Featured in Mitel’s public sector and education solutions, the integration ensures that alerts, whether from digital, analog, or serial inputs, are processed and delivered directly through Mitel phones and collaboration tools. This adds a vital layer of resilience in crisis response and organizational continuity for the government and education sectors. It is now available for integrations with OpenScape 4000 to be added to MiVoice Business and MX-ONE UC Solutions.
General Business:
Ascom Myco4 added to i62, Myco, and Unite Platform interoperability
Ascom’s rugged mobile devices, including the i62 DECT phone, Myco4 smartphone, and Unite software, integrate tightly with Mitel’s UC platforms. This gives field staff secure, context-rich communications, real-time alerts, and access to Mitel-based voice and messaging wherever they work. The cross-platform interoperability ensures frontline teams stay connected with institutional systems, from care to industrial operations. Myco4 smartphone integrations are now available for integrations with MiVoice Business, MX-ONE, and MiVoice 5000.
