Mitel’s solutions natively include many features that support remote working should your organization need to, including softphone access, mobility apps, real-time chat, and video, audio and web conferencing capabilities. The following resources can help you to ensure your organization is prepared for remote work:

  • Options for Remote Configuration on Sky:
    • Configuring Remote Phones on the Sky Platform:
      • It is recommended you do some testing before asking users to work remotely to ensure they can get their phone up and working at home; OR
    • Users can call forward their desk phones to their personal device: Call Forwarding; OR
    • Users can have voicemail messages set to send the .wav file to their e-mail so they can listen to their voicemails from their PC or Laptop: Send Voicemail Messages to E-mail
