Compact and Easy to Install
The compact design of the IP-DECT access point make it easy to install on a wall or pole or, if necessary, placed in a housing and mounted outdoors. Support for Power over Ethernet (PoE) simplifies the installation.
Flexible and Adaptable
The IP-DECT access points feature eight channels for simultaneous voice calls and messaging. One additional channel is dedicated for alarms, which ensures that alarms are always transmitted. To increase capacity or coverage area, simply add more base stations.
Excellent Signal Quality and Strength
With the Mitel IP-DECT base stations solve connectivity issues via access points that are fitted with either an internal antenna or connectors for external antennas, depending on the selected base station.
IP Versatility
When connected directly to your local area network (LAN), the IP-DECT access point provides IP telephony protected by the security of DECT radiocommunications.
Mitel IPBS532 and IPBS542 Base Stations
The Mitel IP-DECT system is designed to enable voice service, messaging, and alarm handling between Mitel cordless DECT handsets and Mitel communications systems via corporate LANs. Mitel IP-DECT 532 supports internal antennas while the Mitel IP-DECT 542 supports external antennas to improve coverage or extend range.
