This app directs Epic to launch the appropriate documentation activity screen based on the caller's telephone number.
Based on the incoming telephone number, the app searches Epic for the matching patient record. This record is then passed to Epic which in turn launches a screen to the medical clinic's employee based on their documented profile. This automatic launch reduces the number of clicks required inside Epic to find the correct screen.
