Guests can place food and beverage orders, request housekeeping or amenities, message the front desk, and browse hotel and local information directly from the device. Orders and requests flow into the hotel's existing systems, with F&B and service requests routed to the relevant team and billing passed through to hotel's PMS. Hotels can update content, promotions, and upsell offers in real time through a central management portal. By consolidating guest communication and service requests into one device, SuitePad reduces front desk call volume and creates new revenue opportunities through targeted upselling.
