As Chief of Staff, Karthik Arumugam leads key cross-functional projects and drives Mitel’s overall corporate strategic plan. Prior to this role, Karthik led Mitel’s Migrations Office, which managed cross-functional initiatives that helped Mitel customers easily migrate to cloud solutions, including Mitel’s exclusive UCaaS partnership with RingCentral.

In that role, Martin coordinated innovation activities and technology.
