MBG provides services such as SIP trunking connection, Mitel Interaction Recording support, WebRTC for browser-based voice and video calling support and remote working support as well as a web proxy service that enables secure remote access to various services.

The SIP Trunk Proxy Service eliminates the need for third party firewall devices, simplifying both configuration and deployment.
