Mitel’s End User License Agreements (or EULAs) represent legal contracts between Mitel (the developer of software applications) and the user of such applications. Whilst the situation regarding “Brexit” is still unclear, Mitel is well positioned to be able to meet our customer Service Level Agreements (irrespective of the final outcome.) Mitel has reviewed all aspects of our operations that could potentially be impacted by a no-deal withdrawal from the EU, and have taken steps to ensure that our customers will continue to receive the same quality of service throughout the transition period and beyond.
Our UK operation is already optimised to serve our UK customers, having significant in-country logistics facilities along with UK-based Service and Support capabilities. Actions are also in place with our supply chain partners to ensure that our inventory level is sufficient to cope with any potential disruption at the UK ports. We therefore believe that our customers can have confidence in Mitel throughout this period of uncertainty, and Mitel shall continue to monitor the situation closely.
