Mitel’s End User License Agreements (or EULAs) represent legal contracts between Mitel (the developer of software applications) and the user of such applications. Think of a EULA as a "software license", which is similar to a rental agreement where the user contracts through the purchase of software to pay for the privilege of using such software and agrees with the software developer (Mitel) to comply with all the restrictions that are stated in each EULA.
