Simple deployment and administration

The 700d DECT Series handsets requires minimal setup time. No external download server is required to host the DECT handset firmware, and software upgrades are pushed over-the-air with company settings, language, and menu items. The 7x2d DECT Series handsets can be deployed alongside the 6x2dt DECT Series handsets as they share the same firmware.

Exclusive Design

The 700d DECT Series features a scratch-resistant 2.4" PS color display, extended battery capacity, USB-C charging port to support the new EU regulations, ambient noise filter for noisy environments and support for a wide range of accessories. For every market there is a handset to suit your requirements, whether it is HD-audio, antimicrobial, ruggedized handset for harsh environments, IP65, alarm, messaging, man-down or ATEX support.

Enable secure and efficient workspace mobility

Benefit from a high-performance, distributed and scalable DECT architecture solution that is fully integrated with your existing Mitel UC solution and your applications. The dedicated frequency band allows you to communicate securely without interference where the 700d DECT Series provides access to your centralized directory, comprehensive messaging and alarms. The phones support message priority, color-coded display to indicate priority, interactive messaging, and programmable answer buttons in the message for faster responses to create a secure environment.

Antimicrobial-Treated Plastics

Mitel’s 712dt and 722dt DECT handsets are built using plastics treated with an antimicrobial compound from BioCote* that is shown to inhibit the growth of certain bacteria on the phone’s plastic surfaces. The handset’s design also minimizes crevices and holes that might collect germs, dirt, and grime.

The 700d DECT Series’ 2.4 inch color scratch-resistant IPS display that leverage liquid crystals aligned in parallel to produce rich colors. The handset has a color-coded display to show priority, and programmable answer buttons in the message for faster response handling.

Mitel 712dt DECT Handset

The Mitel 712dt DECT Handset comes with antimicrobial protected plastics and is the entry level handset model in the new Mitel 700 SIP-DECT family. With built-in, hands-free functionality, it provides excellent comfort for normal telephone calls. A tri-color LED indicator relays important events, such as reminders, incoming calls, and battery charge status.

Mitel 722dt DECT Handset

The user-friendly Mitel 722dt DECT handset is a high-end handset for the business professional. The multi-function emergency alarm key on top of the handset makes the Mitel 722dt the ideal companion not just for security-related professions, but also for hospitals and other vertical industries. Many freely programmable keys support simple navigation and the use of different lines. The handset is equipped with a Bluetooth® 5.0 interface for a cordless headset, allowing maximum freedom of movement.

Mitel 732d DECT Handset

The Mitel 732d DECT Handset is a robust and ergonomic handset that meets the demand for industrial businesses and is designed for use in tough working environments and is an ideal fit for a wide range of business verticals. With its emergency alarm key and integrated “man-down” sensor alarm, the phone is designed to protect vulnerable workers. The device satisfies industrial standard IP 65, and with its high level of dust tight protection and light jet-water resistance, it can be used anywhere outdoors or in production areas. Mitel 732d is capable of withstanding fall heights of up to 2m onto concrete.

Mitel 742d DECT Handset

The 742d DECT handset is a naturally safe handset for use in potentially perilous situations and backings coordinated personal alerts and man-down/no-development cautions. The handset has the same capabilities as the 732d, but the 742d is also certified for usage within hazardous areas and fulfils the ATEX/UKCA guidelines for Class I Zone 1 and Class I Zone 21. Hazardous areas are typically found in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries, but also in aerospace, fuel handling and many other sectors.

Maximum Freedom of Movement

The 722dt/732d/742d DECT handsets now support Bluetooth® 5.0. The support for cordless BT headsets or earbuds provides maximum freedom of movement, while freeing your hands when it is inconvenient to hold the handset in the retail shop, industry floor or hospital environment. Mitel provides several certified BT headsets to simplify deployments for our partners and customers. The certified BT headset also includes headsets from our partner Jabra as well as others like Peltor from 3M that is designed for industrial usage.
