Colerain Township

Located in Hamilton County, and part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area, Colerain is the largest township in Ohio. “We talked to a lot of different vendors,” says Assistant Township Administrator Frank Birkenhauer, “and we looked at several solutions. But in the end it was an easy decision to go with Mitel®.”
 
The expense of using outdated communications technology increases yearly – not only in hard dollars spent for services and maintenance, but because employees have to spend much of their valuable time performing basic tasks. That was the problem Colerain Township faced with their Centrex phone lines and analog technology. “We were actually buying parts on eBay,” chuckles Birkenhauer.
