The solution is based on the Mitel Communications Director (MCD), running on Mitel 3300 IP Communications platforms implemented at the two largest offices. Another five office locations are serviced by Mitel IP handsets connecting to the larger offices via a Mitel Teleworker solution. In addition, the entire solution is tightly integrated with Osborne Yuille’s Microsoft applications using Mitel Live Business Gateway. Mitel Audio Web Conferencing is used at several offices, and Mitel® Mobile Extension has been incorporated to help simplify call handling for highly mobile employees.
